The Succession accelerator
The Succession Accelerator is a structured, high-impact program designed to equip next-generation leaders with the skills, experience, self-awareness, tenacity, and motivation to steward wealth, build ventures, and navigate family enterprise dynamics in ways that align with their values.
Over the course of 3-months, you’ll engage in expert-led masterclasses, hands-on investment and venture-building exercises, and strategic mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, and family enterprise leaders.
The program blends remote learning, live cohort sessions, and real-world investing and/or management experience—ensuring flexibility while maintaining deep engagement. Participants will develop financial, leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution acumen, discover their superpowers and the power of teaming, raise and/or deploy capital, and play bigger than they ever thought possible.
The accelerator culminates in a capstone project, where participants present to a panel of investors, family advisors, and industry experts their business plans, investment opportunities, and ways of affecting meaningful social change while creating additional wealth.
Designed for next-gens looking to create lasting impact and realize how abundant they truly are, the Succession Accelerator turns family wealth into a launchpad for success—de-risking the entrepreneurial process and ensuring intellectual, financial, and human capital are preserved, grown, and put to good use.
Finally, they’ll graduate with a Life & Legacy LLM: an interactive, AI-powered engine trained to provide them with answers to difficult questions and aid in decision-making, strategy, and realizing their full potential - even after the accelerator has concluded.

Yes! Even if you don't have a clear business concept, the accelerator will help you uncover your strengths, passions, and entrepreneurial potential. We work with you to explore business ideas that align with your values, and provide the mentorship and strategic direction needed to validate and refine your ideas. You’ll leave with clarity on your direction, even if it’s an idea in the early stages.

We track milestones and outcomes, including your pitch readiness, G2M strategy, and venture validation, while providing ongoing feedback to ensure you're on track to achieve your goals.

In case you don’t get the reference, suffice it to say we won’t be adding too much to your plates. Expect 5-8 hours max of assignments, challenges, inquiries, and remote content to watch (aka videos & podcasts). We want you to have fun with this challenge but not burn out.

When one door closes, another opens: After completing the accelerator, you have the option to continue working with us through a customized integration & ongoing support program. This includes additional coaching, scaling support, and/or connecting with mentors in our extended network. You’ll also be able to join future cohorts as we develop additional accelerators for projects that are further down the track.

The accelerator is designed as a 12-week program with clear milestones each month, including an intensive retreat phase and action items for venture development. By the end of the program, you will have a validated business model, a pitch ready for investors, and the tools to launch your venture or expand it into the market. The pace is rigorous, ensuring participants make significant progress in a short time. That said, if you don’t feel ready for a soft-launch, we’re here to help you get the rest of the way there.

The accelerator combines both remote learning and in-person immersion. We begin with an online cohort experience, including workshops, 1:1 coaching, and group sessions. Then, we move into the in-person retreat phase where you’ll deepen connections, refine your business idea, and receive hands-on support. Depending on the format and preferences, some elements of the program can be done remotely.
