Currently, we charge a flat fee for participation in the accelerator and are not involved in taking equity from bootstrapped founders. While we do not directly invest in ventures, we facilitate access to capital and funding options. When appropriate, we can bring in broker-dealers to assist with capital raises, and we take a commission for these transactions.

We enjoy engaging with a diverse range of projects and providing guidance on optimal business and pro-bono structures. It is important to consider the advantages and disadvantages of various entity types, including LLCs, C-Corps, S-Corps, B-Corps, 501(c)(3)s, and 508(c)(1)(a)s, among others. Furthermore, we are next-gens and founding gens who will advocate on your behalf to the ‘powers that be,’ in order to secure your funding at advantageous rates from within the family enterprise whenever possible.

When one door closes, another opens: After completing the accelerator, you have the option to continue working with us through a customized integration & ongoing support program. This includes additional coaching, scaling support, and/or connecting with mentors in our extended network. You’ll also be able to join future cohorts as we develop additional accelerators for projects that are further down the track.

The accelerator is designed as a 12-week program with clear milestones each month, including an intensive retreat phase and action items for venture development. By the end of the program, you will have a validated business model, a pitch ready for investors, and the tools to launch your venture or expand it into the market. The pace is rigorous, ensuring participants make significant progress in a short time. That said, if you don’t feel ready for a soft-launch, we’re here to help you get the rest of the way there.

The accelerator combines both remote learning and in-person immersion. We begin with an online cohort experience, including workshops, 1:1 coaching, and group sessions. Then, we move into the in-person retreat phase where you’ll deepen connections, refine your business idea, and receive hands-on support. Depending on the format and preferences, some elements of the program can be done remotely.

In case you don’t get the reference, suffice it to say we won’t be adding too much to your plates. Expect 5-8 hours max of assignments, challenges, inquiries, and remote content to watch (aka videos & podcasts). We want you to have fun with this challenge but not burn out.
We’ll wrap the 12-Week Accelerator with a trip to a surprise destination, as elected by the group, where we’ll decompress and simply enjoy each others’ company prior to graduating.
